It’s a small hole in the wall place …. Don’t let that detour you. Amazing customer service. Knowledgeable, attentive and made sure to ask questions about any specific pain so they could focus on what my need is. I took my family there (4 of us) … everyone raved about it. Update: After reaching out and discussion with the manager, decided to give it another try. Booked 90 minute session with Ella, who is very strong and skilled at chasing away every knot you never knew you had. Very attentive and professional, and would definitely recommend booking a session. Left feeling very relaxed and worked out. Thank you for second try.

Waste of time and money. Booked a 90 minute season for 6:15 and arrived 10 minutes early. The woman at the front desk showed me to a room and asked if I could wait 10-15 minutes for her to ‘finish up’ with a client and then another 10-15 minutes after that before we get started. I was disappointed, but told her fine, not to rush (as I wouldn’t want to be rushed thru, either) and then at 6:15 she came in, apologized, and said, “it’s ok, you had an appointment”, so it was all rather confusing.
As for the massage, skilled hands yes, but a few minutes into it she answered a call and had a conversation on her phone (!) while ‘trying’ to continue with just one hand, repeatedly answered and conversed with other staff thru a crack in the door, left the room a few times to ‘gather materials’ and was constantly checking her phone and answering texts, etc. Twice, her speaker came on during a clip she was watching (right?!) so I turned around like WTF!? where she said, ‘sorry’, smiled, and got back to me. She even took a picture of something while I was face down on the table (not sure what was so important or interesting) as I heard the unmistakable shutter click sound from her phone. Much of the season was done completely distracted and one-handed since she was tied to her phone. Like a bad joke. Terribly unprofessional and rude.
